Paid junes bill twice
Hi. I totally forgot that I paid my sky bill and have just paid it again.
how can I get the 2nd payment back as im desperate for money and cant afford to not have this money back
my bank have said they will cancel if the company confirms they wont take the money. Apparently I need a code to give my bank
how do I get this urgently please.
or is it quicker if Sky cancel my pending paymenr

You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up so manual payments aren't required at all.
A credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
However, if you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s showing as a credit.

@nashie1234 A refund can only be processed if there is a credit showing not a pending payment. Does your account show it's in credit?

It's your Sky account you need to check for a credit.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
