Paid bill twice but one the one is showing on account

I have paid my sky mobile bill twice but only one time is showing on my account. This is a week later and now trying to find out how I contact someone about it

How have you paid your bill twice, have you manually paid it and Sky have taken the money via your payment method, if so does a credit appear on your next bill ?
