Firstly there should be no need to make manual payments because for both Sky Mobile and Sky Glass you should have payment setup from which Sky will take it automatically from you each month.
If there is a credit on your account then it will be used on a future bill or if you prefer it can be refunded and help of which can be arranged for you via here if you want ?
