PROBLEM WITH MYSKY AFTER UNLINKING OLD ACCOUNT

My online sky account is not showing any details after unlinking my old account yesterday. Moreover the help number displayed is 'not recognised'. Chat could not help either. Can anyone help with this?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

thanks for your responses. However,  my problem is not solved. 

I chattet on and off with a SKY advisor on Sunday - but we could not finalise the matter due to technical issues.
As I need to have access to my laptop when dealing with this, I won't be able to get back to it till Thursday at the earliest. It would be great if there was another way to communicate with a Sky technical advisor - preferably by phone or email. Can you let me know if that's possible?

Sky doesn't use email that we can contact them by so you can call them and when you did it might be worth asking if you can be transferred to their ID team.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
