Ovo Arena Wembley Sky VIP Lounge - tickets not listed at all for particular show.

I'm going to Ovo Arena Wembley for a show in November and after discovering that there is a Sky VIP Lounge there I thought I'd see if I could get in.

Instructions are to use the MySky app and browse to Sky VIP Lounges, then choose the month and find your event.  But my event isn't listed.  Other events show as "Book Now", "Waiting List" or "Fully Booked" so I assumed that being fully booked is not the reason it is not showing.  I contacted Sky to speak to someone (quite an ordeal) but I couldn't speak to anyone who knew anything about it.  I wondered if it was just not open for this event and contacted the arena directly to ask them, but was told that Sky manage it themselves!  So how do I find someone at Sky who can explain whether I can get tickets for this event or not?!?!

I've posted this in account and billing because there is no Sky VIP / rewards option!

There's a specific email address towards the bottom of the Sky Lounge FAQs in the My Sky app.

I'd imagine it's quite possible the Lounge at any particular venue isn't available for public use at all shows.

Thank you @TimmyBGood - I can't believe I didn't see that!  I had thought it may be closed for this event but would just love for someone to be able to confirm this!

As stated above it is in the Sky Lounge section of the app towards the bottom where the FAQs are.
