I've accidentally paid too much to Sky through manual payment .
I phoned sky but I'm unable to get through too as it keeps saying I need to pay by bill ,which I have but its wanting me to set up a direct debit or pay manual again ,.I spoke to sky sales an they were unable to transfer me to the customer service team , Help its a lot of money
