Overcharging

@Skybroadband

are ye some sort of gangsters?
hiking up a set hill of €30 a month for 12 months on a subscription deal, that I also let slide the 1st month of charge as ye were 3 weeks into the 1st month of charge before ye decided to make it out to hook up my internet and now the payment is gone up to €43 a month?
how do ye explain this?
actually I don't care how ye explain it, just revert the owed money to my account and we can proceed with €30 a month as per the signed contract.

Regards a disgruntled customer,

James

We're customers here, I'm afraid, not Sky customer advisers, and obviously can't see your bills. However, you can check the details of your bill which will show you why you've paid more. Check particularly the range of dates you've been charged for. You may have paid for more than a month.

Might that have been, for example, one of the 'deals' heavily promoted earlier this year which were 'until the end of 2023'?

In any case, you'll need to contact Sky directly, as this forum isn't staffed by Sky staff except for moderation.
