Re: Overcharged
@Unknown227 If you have done all that you can then all that is left is to raise a complaint.

I'm being overcharged more than the new contract I signed last month,
Was this a renewal or are you a new customer to Sky broadband?
If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

Re: Overcharged
Hi yes I knew the bill would be higher for the first month, they then added a £10 fee onto the next - it is my projected bills that are incorrect. I have tried complaining on the phone and have just been told they're not lying because the prices rise in April, hence why my bills are more than the NEW contract I signed? I feel insane as the reason I recontracted in April in the first place was because of my previous prices rising.

@Unknown227 You should have ALL the details in both the E-mails that where sent to you, and you may also see in your My Messages section.

Re: Overcharged
Thank-you, this is what I thought, everything in my email is saying this price I am expecting, not the price quoted on my projected bills. I am going to try the online chat or writing to them as calling isn't getting me anywhere
