As explained above, the billing system doesn't consider future cancellations at the time of bill generation.  The next billing cycle will generate the corresponding prorata credit.


It works both ways because if you add services you may not pay on the next bill but the following cycle catches up (with both in arrears and monthly in advance charges).


It's primarily because of the monthly in advance charges you agreed in the contract.


Trying to circumvent the billing process will only lead to pain.
