Why has bill increasd from last month to £38.00
I made a new contract in feb this year for 18 months for £34.50
for 18 months
if you have increased my monthly payments without notifying me you can cancel every thing from now as I'm a old age pensioner and I have to look after every penny

But sky informed me of a increase in feb and I was paying it
so there is another increase that is diabolical
well when my contract comes up for renewal I will be cancelling it
A very disappointed customer
I will tell friends and family what sky is like

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you signed up for Sky TV, Sky may not allow you to cancel early. If they do, and for any other service, the early cancellation fee will be approximately what you would have paid until the end of your 18 months minimum term.
