Over due bill and mobile bill

Hi there, my bill was due to come out on the 10th of Jan. I am just wondering if I could get an extension on this so i dont get restricted, my payment is late due to me changing jobs.

@Nic92

Do you mean 10 January? If so your services should already be restricted.

@Nic92

We are customers here so you are not talking to Sky, if your services have not been restricted what shows on your bill regarding this payment:

@Raykinng  you really need to read the previous posts before posting in a thread, where others have made clear none of us work for Sky.

but FYi Sky won't reinstate services until you have paid all your bills (including your late payment fee) and have setup a new continuous payment method on your account as the old one would have been removed when payment became overdue. You can't pick and choose how much of your bill you decide to pay Sky if you want your services to be reinstated. Also the longer you leave the full amount unpaid the more you will have to pay as payment delayed more than 2 weeks requires the following months bill to also be paid if you want your services back up.

you can pay online via www.sky.com/bill in as many instalments as you want but you need to pay Sky what you owe.

@Raykinng

If your mobile is compatible you add the 5G add-on yourself (provided your payments are up to date)
