I spoke to a agent and told them I can't pay my bill till the 6th Jan I pay online using a card I've not agreed to direct debt so pls tell me after me paying it you have taken money again from my back so the bill has now been paid twice I can't afford to pay it twice and would like the money put back into my account

In case you’re not already aware you aren’t addressing Sky’s Customer Service Team here. This is a customer helps customer forum. If you want your overpayment refunded you will need to call Sky and they can refund in 3-5 working days.
