Over charged when moved to Sky glass
I really don't now want to do, I have been calling Sky numerous times as I moved to Sky glass and as a result it wiped all my offers that I was told would remain once I purchased the Sky glass. I have been overpaying what I was told my total monthly amounts would be by £50 for 8 months. I call they say a complaint gets open at their end and someone will be in touch as they cannot organise a refund and no one calls.
What can I do?

How long ago did you submit a complaint? Sky have up to 8 weeks to successfully resolve it.
Have you checked your future bills to see if a credit has been applied?

Back in August but it looks like an official complaint was only logged in October but then closed a day later.
How do I get to actually speak to someone that actually takes ownership and can assist. It's so frustrating
