Out of Contract Discounts

My contact expired in January.  In December Sky emailed me and said that discounts would continue to be applied for a further 12 months, but the discounts have been now been removed and I'm paying more.  How can I get my discounts reinstated, as per SKy's promise?

@RagyOre

You would have to call Sky to discuss the email and your discounts moving forward. You'd have to commit to a new 24 month minimum term.

Thanks for your guidance.  I've tried to call Sky but can't find a phone number.  Can you help please ?  The AI assistant on the website is no use.

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link which will lead to contact details hopefully including a phone number:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’.

Any calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum.

Re: Out of Contract Discounts

Thanks.  Rather frustratingly I don't have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk and the link provided doesn't have any phone numbers.  Any suggestions for an ordinary number to reach Sky on please?

Sometimes an 0333 number is displayed, sometimes recently it's not. An alternative means of contact is through the Sky Virtual Assistant on the same page - depending on your query, which can connect you with a live agent virtually if necessary or provide you with the contact number. Displaying an actual number on here (apart from 150) isn't permitted I'm afraid.
