Oustanding Credit from Old Sky Q Account
Dear Sky,
In early June, I transferred my Sky Q Account to a new Sky Stream Account. However, my Sky Q monthly debit of £62.50 had just been taken out for the month of June.
My Sky bill shows that due to the unused June portion of my old Sky Q account, there would be a credit of £58.33, which would be used against further monthly Sky Stream subscriptions.
Notwithstanding the above however, on 3rd July, Sky have debited £21 from my account to cover the my Sky Stream account up to 3rd August. Therefore, the £58.33 credit still remains owing to me.
In light of the above, would it be possible for Sky to simply reimburse the £58.33 credit directly into my banking account.
I welcome your advice on this matter.
Regards,
TW Arnold

Re: Oustanding Credit from Old Sky Q Account
Thanks for your message.
I've managed to speak to a Sky Agent on the telehone, who has now arranged a full reimbursement of the outstanding credit into my banking account.
Therefore - all sorted now.
