Ordered broadband and talk for new house but it's missing on my account details

Hey,

 

A few weeks ago, I ordered a Broadband/Talk setup for a house I'm moving into this weekend but when I go into my account to track the order/see status etc, all I get is "Unrestricted" error pages.

 

Just wanna check I'm still getting what I ordered but can't seem to do that atm.

Call sky and check your  order with them if  you  have  trouble  checking  on line

I presume you mean you are seeing a restricted message, if so are you using the same login details that you created when placing the order ?

@caesarome Hey, yeah, same login details.

I've had the router arrive and just got my WhatsApp informing me of my engineer arrival time with a link to the order tracking section of the website but it's still restricted/erroring 😕

Cheers.

Can't seem to finish linking as I don't have an account number yet (probably as I've had no bill?) and the account information part of My Details is just a header with a blank page under it. 

I have a Sky ID and that's linked to my email login details though 😕

Confirmation order on the 2nd.

Router delivered to the house

WhatsApp confirming engineer arrival window

 

None of them had the account details in.
