I signed a credit agreement today for a tablet but then received a message saying I had cancelled the order, I don't want to cancel the order, is the device still coming ??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@StefanSouter You're talking to other customers via the forum, if the order is cancelled it's most likely you failed the enhanced credit check. Sky can tell you if this is why the order was cancelled but can't tell you the reason for a failed credit check.
