One of the worst services!

Im uttely shocked how terrible service Sky Business offers! 
I was sent an email saying WE ARE SORRY YOU ARE LEAVING US. No I wasn't. Somebody was trying to claim my landline. An erronous transfer. I made SKY aware of this and sweet and naive advisor told me Sky will stop this from happening and NOT TO WORRY.

 

Sky did nothing. Somebody claimed my landline a few weeks later and Sky decided to cut my off broadband, contract ended, done and dusted. Endless phonecalls to (Removed) advisors, my business now has been over 3 weeks without landline, briadband, card reader. 

sky IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES IVE SEEN!!! Run!

@MagTib  Your posting in a Customer helps customer forum who are Domestic customers, you need to raise a complaint through Sky Business here https://www.sky.com/business/help/articles/sky-communications-complaints-code-of-practice

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
