Offer to reduce price of broadband

Hello,

I wanted to see if there's cheaper options for broadband I'm currently on. As I can't afford £50 a month.

thank you.

@Sam2701 you need to phone Sky to renegoiate a contract. If you are within youe minimum term agreement I doubt you will get a new discounted price, if you are outside your minimum term they will likely offer a discount if you resign a new 18 month minimum term contract.

You should note that you have 30 days of being officially notified of how the April price rises affect you to cancel your Sky Broadband contract penalty free. This only applies to Sky broadband and is quite unique as most other ISPs that do an annual price rise don't allow you to exit the contract penalty free as a result.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
