Offer from Virgin

Hi

I'm trying to contact sky sales to advise I've had a good offer to switch to Virgin.  Getting frustrated as can't find a way to get through - ling wait times on phone and no email option

Any ideas?  I must just take Virgin's offer

Thanks

Other route is to try the sky cancellations team.

if you click "no still need help" at the bottom it will show you the contact options, phone, live chat etc.

@Terry+Quigley  Also be aware even when you get through Sky are under no obligation to better or even match such an offer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you Mark - really helpful

GD1 - appreciate your comment.  Lets see what Sky offer as can always accept Virgin's if Sky can't compete

Bear in mind there's a rather large 8.8% increase in April for Virgin.  Ensure you factor this into any comparisons...  (It will apply shortly after you take the service)

Re: Offer from Virgin

Thank you.  Suprisingly Virgin's offer is fixed for 18mths (as would Sky's be).  it's the hassle of moving that will probably keep me with Sky providing the difference in prices is much closer than I'm currently paying

Highly unlikely any offer is fixed.  I'm with both Virgin and Sky and they are not fixed price contracts - there are increases during the term.

The only thing 'fixed' is the discount amount - the list price can, and does, increase.
