Obtaining refund of credit balance

Hello,

I cancelled my Sky broadband contract on 22nd September 2025 and returned the kit, acknowledged as received by Sky on 6th October.

There is a credit balance on my last statement (dated 26th October) of £46.29, however the statement just says it will be rolled over to set against the next bill.   

The chatbot on Sky's website can't help.  I cannot find any means of contacting Sky.  

How do I claim a refund?

We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page if it is available should be the number to use:
