Bills are produced 14 days before billing dates.

Billing continues completely as normal during your notice period - including the month in advance even if your services cease the following day.

The following month's bill will generate a credit back to cessation date.  Refunds normally take 6 weeks but you may wish to call earlier to push it along.

@CinderKona

So you can potentially expect another payment to be taken in September as that bill will be generated whilst you're still in the 31 day notice period so don't be tempted to cancel your payment method too soon (and doing so will also prevent Sky from automatically reimbursing you for any overpayment).
