Previously on my mums account the calls made from her landline were itemised and now they are not showing at all. She has Dementia (which should be noted on her records) I am her daughter which should also be on her records for contating - Diane Wright.
As she is currently in hopsital we are trying to sort a few things out and one is her SKY telephone calls as she has a habit of ringing numbers so we really need to check this out.
Please could someone contact me as soon as possible so I can obtain access to view these details.

Downloaded the pdf and it shows the same information. It's only been since the format has changed

It's not showing on the account I'm looking at. It looks like the old system has been changed

I've been struggling to get itemised calls, has anyone solved this issue?
I log in, go to bills, click on the "view itemised calls" and it doesn't show, only resets to the "latest bill" section. Downloading the pdf doesn't do anything other than reformat the displayed data to a pdf.
