I am very disappointed with sky! I had sky glass around 2-3 months ago and returned my old sky q in the box sent by sky. They are now saying I haven't returned it and have charged me for it! I sent it straight away from my local post office but as it was months ago I don't have the proof of sending. 😔
Is this common?

Unipart, who handle such returns are very slow and we understand returns are taking a couple of weeks to process. If you haven't retained your proof of posting any cancellation of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.
