I spoke to a member of the sky team, I was ringing to cancel my to package as my bill is far to high.
The man on the phone started to dispute why I didn't receive the notification of the increase via email.. I've checked my emails and I can't see any.
I've checked my junk folder and the only emails I receive are promotional.
I didn't like the way I was spoke to either.

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
Did you manage to cancel whichever service you were ringing them about?
