Assuming you're 'out of contract' then negotiate a new minimum term or switch to another provider.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

As we are customers here who help each other there isn't much we can do other than to suggest you call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount and if you do then you will need to make up your mind there and then and it will come with a new 18 month contract.

@Robin051 You need to check to see if you are out of your minimum term agreement as you likely had discounts applied for the period.

if you are you need to phone Sky and perhaps renegotiate a new 18 month minimum term contract which would likely have new discounts applied. If you aren't happy with the offers they provide you and you are out of the minimum term then you can chive Sky your required notice period to cancel your contract.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
