Hello,
The amount we are paying for broadband seems to have gone up a lot in price recently, not happy paying thag much per month

Assuming you're 'out of contract' then negotiate a new minimum term or switch to another provider.

Find out moreAs we are customers here who help each other there isn't much we can do other than to suggest you call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount and if you do then you will need to make up your mind there and then and it will come with a new 18 month contract.

if you are you need to phone Sky and perhaps renegotiate a new 18 month minimum term contract which would likely have new discounts applied. If you aren't happy with the offers they provide you and you are out of the minimum term then you can chive Sky your required notice period to cancel your contract.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
