Not Been With Sky For Many Years - Saying It Looks Like You Are already a Customer With Sky
Trying to set up a new Sky account for TV and Broadband using a brand new email address, but once through to the putting the post code in and selecting our address, then Show My Broadband Speeds, I get the It looks like you are already a customer with Sky.
Any ideas what is happening here? All I can add, is that we are currently with Now Broadband/Calls if this make a difference.
Not been woth Sky itself for many years. Maybe ten years or so ago.

The only way around this would be to call Sky or get in touch with them via social media and the links at the bottom of this page about this.
