None returned bill

Good morning. I hope this message finds you well. I've just received a substantial bill for items that I have not returned, and I would like to contest this charge. Currently, I am unable to leave my home due to a mental health crisis, and I can provide documentation if necessary. While I still possess the items in question, my situation has made it impossible for me to return them at this time.

The deduction from my account has put me in a difficult position where I am struggling to provide for myself and my four children. I kindly ask that you consider issuing a refund. I have no intention of keeping the equipment; I simply cannot send it back at the moment.

As a loyal customer for many years, I hope you can show some understanding in this matter. Thank you for your consideration.

@Sam8687

Sorry to hear your health issues. We are customers here and can say that Sky will not reimburse non return fees until you send the items back and they've been processed.

Perhaps you could ask a family member, friend or neighbour to return the items for you but make sure they obtain proof of posting.

You're telling other customers here and not directly to Sky customer services.

They won't normally issue a refund until the items are returned.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@Sam8687 if it helps, you can ask the Royal Mail to collect the item to be returned from your home, rather than taking it to a post office.
