Good morning. I hope this message finds you well. I've just received a substantial bill for items that I have not returned, and I would like to contest this charge. Currently, I am unable to leave my home due to a mental health crisis, and I can provide documentation if necessary. While I still possess the items in question, my situation has made it impossible for me to return them at this time.
The deduction from my account has put me in a difficult position where I am struggling to provide for myself and my four children. I kindly ask that you consider issuing a refund. I have no intention of keeping the equipment; I simply cannot send it back at the moment.
As a loyal customer for many years, I hope you can show some understanding in this matter. Thank you for your consideration.

Perhaps you could ask a family member, friend or neighbour to return the items for you but make sure they obtain proof of posting.

You're telling other customers here and not directly to Sky customer services.
They won't normally issue a refund until the items are returned.
