None return of equipment

Hi,

im currently in contract with you until 2027 and you've added a none return of equipment charge. I'm not going anywhere, this charge is not necessary. You already charged me in October for it, and now you're charging me again.

I want a rebate for last month and I want my bill correcting this month.

I suffer with anxiety and I struggle to leave my house, so returning this equipment is not on my list of priorities.

If you need it that badly please arrange for one of your engineers to come and collect. I'm sure your company will survive waiting for the equipment given the fact I'm under contract!

You will not receive another payment from me, if this is not rectified. I'm meant to be a valued customer, I pay a stupid amount of money each month always on time. I'm never the problem with you guys, it's you. You've messed me about with my internet earlier this year, you've messed up bills.

please come back to me as soon as possible confirming the rebate for October and a bill correction for November.

this is the final straw with me and sky, please rectify ASAP.

Thanks.

If you get yourself registered with the accessibility team then there are additional contact options that do not involve calling that will be available to you:

You could also use social media via one of the links at the bottom of this page to contact Sky about this.

I think you must be unaware that we are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.
