Non return of equipment - but I have

Hi

 

Usual returned all equipment to sky but saying I have not returned the Q box, even though it was in the same box as all the rest of the equipment.

 

Help please. Quickest way to deal with this and I still have proof of postage. Warned that this was very common.

I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

I have the exact same problem, returned all the items as requested, received an email from Sky confirming I have returned them and they are currently with the courier. Checked the tracking number, confirmed the were delivered and signed for on the 12th March but now getting text messages asking me to return my equipment?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
