Non return charges

We have a charge of £50 for non return equipment, but we don't have anything that needs to be returned and that virtual assistant is a joke! Has anyone confronted with this issue?? Camelia

If you haven't cancelled have you made any changes to your account as something has triggered this charge even if it is in error ?
