I forgot to return my broadband box, and have received a £50 charge on my account. I posted it back today as soon as I got the charge. Admittedly this is my fault, even when they receive the package this week will the charge still apply or will they (hopefully) just credit my account back? Thanks

If you did we may be able to help in reversing it but if you didn't any reversal would be at sky's discretion
