No way to contact easily

Are late late paying our bill , just want to speak to some

one to postpone by 2 days no one to speak to ?! And can't find number anywhere

@Kim341 as far as i'm aware the late fee charge would only apply after the seconds DD attempt has failed.

Do you pay your bill by a direct debit @Kim341 because if you do and it fails Sky will try again to take it 10 days later so you don't need to do anything during those 10 days.

 

If you don't pay by a direct debit what date is your billing date ?

Providing you pay by direct debit, Sky will automatically try to take payment again 10 days after their first attempt, and there's no need to contact them

Hi thanks for reply , no not yet but really worried they are going to be cut off , also the email said about adding charges on we wanted to try and avoid that fee !

If Sky does take the payment second time around then there is no late payment fee that would be added.
