No tv guides or can’t watch anything as it won’t let me

I have been without sky totally apart from my sky go on mymphone

for last 2days I went onto my sky app and it appears my contract had run out so  I properly renewed on my sky app for another 2 years I still without any sky what so ever

When your contract finishes it doesn't stop sky working, there is obviously a fault somewhere. So renewing your contract doesn't fix the fault. You need to phone Sky directly and speak to them @Steve527 I'm presuming you powered down the puck and then powered it back on again to see if it resolves the issue?
