No tracking details for my order

I placed my order yesterday and wanted to track my order but it didn't recognise my email, so I created an account with my email and it doesn't show any orders and I'm unable to track it. I can't call Sky as I get an automated response saying that I haven't been given access to this service.

Not a good first impression for a new customer.

Hi @dragonking   Did you link your Sky ID (found in the confirmation email) to your account? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-link-tv-broadband-talk

I don't use social media. The fact that a big company uses it instead of offering basic customer support is absolutely ridiculous

The chat is just an ai llm, can't get it to connect to customer support

As I said, the customer service number provided doesn't connect as I'm not a customer yet
