Thanks for all your replies, I'm literally just looking for a phone number to speak to a person as opposed to a robot if anyone has one for Sky Ireland?

Speaking to an adviser won't get an earlier appointment, you could have booked one through the Virual assistant for 3rd March!

If you do get to speak to an adviser your delay in booking the the repair through the virtal assistat may mean a much later date for an appointment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: No satellite signal since storm, anyway of actually getting in touch with Sky?

I tried to book the appointment on the virtual assistant but they werent able to confirm it and told me to contact sky on one of their other options with a link to Facebook/SMS (both closed at 4pm) and whatsapp and I'm currently stuck waiting in a whatsapp chat with another robot (which my husband already did on Saturday) and getting nowhere. It's telling me to wait and they'll be in touch. Hence why I want to talk to a person.

I've just clicked on the link I provided earlier, changed the flag to ROI, and under Need More Help it gives a 0818 number for ROI customers.
