Hi,
I left Sky in July 2024 (16 weeks ago) and had a credit on my account, which I want refunded. Despite 3 telephone calls and emails I have not received payment yet. Can anyone help by way of another email or telephone number to help resolve please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rodur I have escalated your post, one of the messaging team should contact you either by private message or by a chat bubble towards the bottom of your screen, it won't be instant and depends on how busy they are.
Once you have been invited to chat by either private message or the chat bubble you have 48 hours to respond, the refund should take between 3 and 5 working days to hit your bank account.
