Agreed on the phone with Sky over an hour over two separate days about a reduction in my Sky broadband as opposed to cancelling the broadband but no sign of a reduction yet despite being told it will apply in a day or two.
I suppose I will have to ring again to sort this or will it be applied closer to the billing date?

Find out moreIf your next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then any changes would be shown on the following months bill so does anything appear for you on them. If not and you spoke to them a little while ago it will be a case of chasing them up about this.

Thanks for replying.
The next bill isn't due for three weeks and there is no reduction on this or future bills.
My best bet is to just call again?
