No prepaid returns label in box , Post office returns label page not working

So i have cancelled SKy subscription and Sky have sent out a carboard box to ship back my items. There was no returns label inside and the post office page referred to on all the other forum posts just does nothing when you hit submit.

Can the post office counter generate the returns label for me?

What am i supposed to do.

Try again, after closing all Sky websites and then clearing your browser cache.

If they still won't print,  you'll have to give Sky a call.
