No notification of April price increase

I can see online that my broadband is going up in April but as of today, 19 March 2025,I have had no notification of this. Should I have had by now? Also, I have £190 credit on my account as I had lose of service for over a month. If I leave due to the price increase, will Sky pay me this money back? Thanks

Give Sky a call to discuss it. Sky don't use email for general communication like you want to send.

I believe all customers should have received an email or letter by 18 March so if you usually receive these by post it may have been delayed by/at Royal Mail.

Yes. If you leave your broadband deal the credit should be reimbursed in up to 6 weeks from the end of your 14 day notice period (longer if you cancel your payment method).

Thank you Yes, I was unsure of which board to put the discussion on. I usually get my notifications by email, so it sounds like I should have had it by now then? Is there an email address I can enquire about it at all? Thanks
