No longer a cusomer but receiving a bill

I left sky in June. I am being billed £32 for streaming services. I am unable to speak to anyone. What should I do

Did you actually cancel, and get confirmation?

 

Are you being asked for payment when you call?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You should  have got an email confirming your cancellation from sky and did you give 31 days notice for your tv subscription?
