No credit showing for next set of bills

So my Sky was supposed to have been installed on 3rd Feb but it's only til now 14th April that Openreach have installed the line (though I still have no internet as the LOS light is red). Got notifications from Sky today that my new contract has started but according to the Sky's compensation page I should be in credit over £420 (April going from £6.10 per day to £6.24). The Sky reps continually went on about how I'd be compensates however I've looked at the next bills and in May it's over £70 then £46 thereafter. How and when will this compensation be implemented please? Do I need to contact Sky to remind them?

Yeah you have to pay the sky bill in full, otherwise Sky will restrict your service due to the bill being unpaid. Any credit added to your account would then be used to offset future bills.

Any compensation will be credited to the account within 30 days of the service being activated.

Re: No credit showing for next set of bills

Thanks Mark appreciate the fast response. So will I have to pay the first £70 installment and then the compensation is credited to the account thereafter? Just wanting a bit more clarification if possible. Cheers.
