No address associated with account, even though I’ve just had my sky broadband installed ?

I downloaded the sky app when I received an email stating I could track my order. My sky broadband box has now arrived, and has been installed, but I still cannot access my bills, check my connection or anything as it says my account is not associated with an address?

If your address is a Flat inside another property address, its possible the system may have miscommunicated your details.

 

You should either attenpt to amend this using the drop down menu address finder, or contact customer services. 

But it can potentially can shut you out.

I think the best thing you can do here is to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

I haven't got a sky phone and would prefer not to pay charges for calling the 03 number, from the help section, which would this come under in order for me to talk to an advisor from sky?

Calls to Sky on an 03 number can be free if you have free minutes with your phone provider.

 

If you prefer we could ask Skys messaging team to contact you via here tomorrow morning about this ?
