No account info or products on both app and online.

I have just joined sky and was supposed to be going live today for my broadband connection but have not received my router which should have arrived yesterday. When I go on the app and online to sign into my account I have no account info available and it says I have no products registered despite having an account when I phone up. I want to be able to track my order and view the order details. Thanks, Ryan
