I cancelled sky tv and broadband giving 4 weeks notice and was advised that I have access to both until first week of July. They have cancelled both straight away so I don't have access. Why have they cancelled it straight away and why we I told I have access until first week of July? Thanks

Usually you have to give 31 days notice to cancel the TV and 14 days for the broadband so if you have lost access already then you might want to call them again about this.

Re: No access to tv and broadband after cancelling
Thank you. I did think this too. I cancelled at the end of May so will give them a call when I'm back from being abroad. It's been off for a while now.
