New to sky need help

I've recieved text regarding bill payment not recieved ..but I have paid both bills

Did you manually pay your bill when you have something like a direct debit setup on your account and what does your online billing show, does it show the bill as being paid ?

I made payment by card didn't set up DD and on the app says both bills paid

I think the reason you got that text is because Sky tried to take it from whatever payment method you have got set up so even though you have manually no paid then there is a chance as per their message they could also take it. If this should happen it should then appear as a credit that can be refunded back to you.

Thank you 😊 

I've gone on app and changed payment method now .

It's not easy to get thro to actual person at sky to speak to I've tried various ways and just got a robot
