I'm new to sky they had taken a first payment in march when I had joined think it was £29.00 got a email saying there was a issue with payment today so I went onto my sky app and even my online account for it to say I have no contracts etc I'm confused on how I am supposed to make a payment etc when everything on sky and sky app is restricted due to not having any contracts even though I definitely do. Can anyone help me or explain to me what I need to do thanks 😊
