I have just been notified of a new hard search on my credit file, made by Sky on 20th Jan 2025. I have not ordered anything or changed any of my services. Really wanted to email for help, but been guided here.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky don't use email for general communication. If your haven't recently ordered anything via Sky that would require a credit check you'll need to contact Sky and query it.
