New fibre broad band

I have received a note to tell me I am getting the new broad band , I made a mistake by saying yes , but have changed my mind . We are both pension age and do not think it necessary to have more expence when we don't really  need it . So please cancel the engineer coming to fit it .

@MikeS5

Sorry but as we are customers here we can not cancel this for you. If you have a Sky Talk landline phone then the number to call Sky about this is just 150.

That cannot be done through this forum.

You'll need to phone Sky or just refuse installation on the day, but be aware that the remaining lifespan of broadband delivery over copper circuits is now distinctly limited and switching is likely to become mandatory within the next few years.
