On the 30/01/2024 I rang sky and re negotiated my current deal which ends on 4/4/2024 for both my broadband and tv packages. I was told this was a done deal and has gone through! A few weeks later I rang Sky to confirm these changes as I had only had communication about my Broadband deal. My future payments in my sky are still showing the old info for April and onwards and prices that I did not agree to. Does anyone know when this info should change or a fast track to talk to someone at sky?
I keep getting emails from sky my old deal is coming to an end and ring to negotiate a new one BUT I HAVE DONE ALL OF THAT!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'd give Sky a further call. It sounds as though the deal you negotiated hasn't been implemented, particularly as you haven't had emailed or written confirmation.

Thank you all I have contacted Sky and hopefully sorted it out now, it had not been implemented!!
